Prostate cancer

What can cause prostate cancer?

High insulin levels are a high risk factor for developing prostate cancer. That is the conclusion from doctor Jan Hammarsten urologist at Ludvika Hospital after 20 years of research on prostate cancer.

What can be done to prevent it?

According to Jan, the best thing you can do to prevent prostate cancer is to eat as little food as possible that raises insulin levels. The diet that best fits these requirements is the so-called Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet, that is to eat as little carbs as possible and instead eat more healthy fats.
