What is inverse psoriasis?

Inverse psoriasis is a form of psoriasis with reddened rash, and with a glossy surface of the skin folds. The most common places where you can get inverse psoriasis in the groin, navel, armpits and under breasts.

What can you do to recover from inverse psoriasis?

When contacting doctor due to problems with inverse psoriasis, they are often prescribe strong cortisone ointment. The cortisone makes the skin dry and sensitive, and the rash disappears only some weeks and then it’s time to start with cortisone again.
This form of psoriasis will disappear when eating gluten-free food, take omega 3 supplements each day and vitamin D.

Continue after the rash is gone to apply rapeseed oil on the previously rashed areas several times each day. The rapeseed oil softens dry skin, it is also weak anti-inflammatory and inexpensive and safe to use.
